Gong Xi Fa Cai!!

We all just wanted to say Happy New Year! Lilee asked if we could celebrate Chinese New Year this year so we are! We went to the store and found decorations & we are ready to go!! It is the year of the dragon & both kids think that is really cool! We are even going to go out to her favorite Chinese restaurant for dinner!

Hopes of going to the Super Bowl!!!

Well, we have been supporting our teams, none of them have the chance to go to the Super Bowl but Mommy's Patriots !! At least we show support!!!

Out little man turns 5!!!

Yikes! I can't believe our "baby" turned 5! Now Samuel on the other hand is THRILLED! He was telling everyone & anyone that his birthday was coming & he was going to be 5 & he would hold up his fingers!! He is so sweet & for his first birthday party ever, I think he had a good time!!!

On his actual birthday we took him to Mexican & he had a blast!! He thought wearing the sombrero was cool!

We hope you had a Merry Christmas!! We sure did! We had such a blast at Chuck's parents house this year. With it being Samuel's first Christmas seeing everything thru his eyes was so much fun! The kids had fun playing with their cousins & hanging out with Maw & PopPop! I can't believe Christmas is over! That was quick wasn't it!

Here are our little Who's in their new jammies...

A new tradition

We have started a new tradition here at our home...Elf on the Shelf & let me tell you it is a keeper!!! An Elf comes to your house & you have to give him a name right away (ours is Pickle) & then he proceeds to watch over you all day & flies back to the North Pole at night to tell Santa how you did for that day. When he returns, he is always in a new spot & the kids have to look for the new place each day!!! Lilee & Samuel are in LOVE with Pickle the Elf!! To hear their laughter at the different spots each day has been worth it! The tricky part is making sure he remembers to change spots each day...if you know what I mean!!!


Here he is the first day he came to our house...do you see him?? Lilee did right away & her first question...."Mom, is that thing real?" It was priceless!!
