It's October already???

I can't believe it is October!! We have been enjoying the cooler temperatures, even though it makes for COLD soccer games!! I know I haven't posted in a few weeks so here is just a few pictures....

We went to our schools annual fall festival & the kids had a blast! Lilee knew what to expect but Samuel was in awe! Here they are with their loot & Lilee's new hair extensions...

Well, we have had our first, second & third games & things are going well! Both Lilee & Samuel are doing great! Lilee really gets it this year, she goes to the goal & takes shots, she defends AND....she has even played goalie (yeah, I don't like that part) =D

Hodge Podge

Well, nothing really exciting going on around here lately. Just school & soccer!! Yep, soccer season is here & this year Lilee moved up to U8, so she is on a big girl team!! Samuel is also playing & he LOVES it!! He listens to his coaches & runs with the best of them!!!






Oh...our little man got glasses...I think they suit him just fine, yes they do...

Well, it started out as a good idea!!

Lilee got these really cool bubbles for her birthday, but it has been SOOOO hot, we have't been outside, well it finally cooled a little bit so, out we went to try these out...


Well, they had fun but WOW...good thing they are washable!!

Fort Fever

I'm not sure who came up with this idea, but it has taken over our house!! Everyday & I mean EVERYDAY...there is a fort being built! They love it & they sit in there forever!

Samuel's First Day of School

Well, it is official BOTH my babies are in school!! Wednesday was Samuel's big day & he was ready!! Chuck said he was so excited in the morning he could hardly stand it, and when he went into school Chuck hardly got in the door & he was GONE! Didn't even look back! Time just flies...

First Day of School for Lilee

On Wednesday, my baby girl confidently walked into school without me & became a first grader!! She was so excited. Over the summer they mailed information about 1st grade like the name of her teacher & who was in her class. She was so excited her best buddy Emma was on the list! So, I'm pretty sure that was part of the excitement. I still can't believe my sweet baby girl is in the First Grade...I mean look at this picture...I thought THIS was hard, her first day of Pre-School...



Hahaha, what was I thinking! Now look at this, my sweet, confident, independent GIRL NOT a baby...






We let Lilee pick her favorite meal to have on her first day & she chose Spaghetti! I made this special plate to use for birthdays, big occasions, being caught being good & more. Lilee was excited to use the plate on her first day of school!
